Reservations

Cancellations Policy

Cancellations must be made before 3pm 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night's room and tax fee. An early departure fee of $50.00 will be charged if guest check out prior to their departure date.

Policy for a booking of 1-2 rooms- the hotel will accept your cancellation without penalty up to 48 hours before your arrival. This is defined as being before 3pm (the hotel check-in time) on the day before you are due to stay.

Policy for a booking of 3-5 rooms- The hotel will accept your cancelation without penalty up to 7 days before your arrival. This is defined as being before 3pm (the hotel check -in time) 7 days before you are due to stay.

Policy for a booking of 6 or more- The hotel will accept your cancellation without penalty up to 21 days before your arrival. This is defined as being before 3pm (the hotek check-in time) 21 days before you are due to stay.

What if you have to cancel?

In the event you cancel your booking inside the cancellation period we will attemp to fill your room, if your room can not be filled, the hotel will debit your credit card with the cost of your stay less any nights your room has been filled.
